The best thing to do is send us mail if were not online or busy
Items requested MUST BE WORN BY YOU! Not your alt, your mate, or your cousin.
Other stuff is only available as people put things in, in other words if you
do not contribute something towards crafted items, dont moan if you cant
see what you need in GB.
